Position: Administrator / Operations Assistant
Contract: 3 Months
Remuneration: R10 000 per month
Location: Travel required as part of duties

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to management and project teams
  • Managing documentation, filing systems, and data capturing
  • Coordinating operational activities across departments
  • Assisting with meeting scheduling, minute-taking, and reporting
  • Handling communication with partners, clients, and internal teams
  • Supporting event planning, logistics, and operational tasks
  • Ensuring smooth day-to-day office functioning
  • Performing ad-hoc tasks as required to meet organisational demands
Minimum Requirements

Candidates must meet the following:

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Office Administration certificate or related qualification
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, email, spreadsheets)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Willingness to travel for operational duties
  • Willingness to work extra hours when required
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in English (additional languages beneficial)
Added Advantages

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Advanced Office Management training or certification
  • Experience in operational support roles
