The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to management and project teams
- Managing documentation, filing systems, and data capturing
- Coordinating operational activities across departments
- Assisting with meeting scheduling, minute-taking, and reporting
- Handling communication with partners, clients, and internal teams
- Supporting event planning, logistics, and operational tasks
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day office functioning
- Performing ad-hoc tasks as required to meet organisational demands
Minimum Requirements
Candidates must meet the following:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Office Administration certificate or related qualification
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Computer literacy (MS Office, email, spreadsheets)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel for operational duties
- Willingness to work extra hours when required
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in English (additional languages beneficial)
